They cancel the room without notice. No call or anything. We traveling in for a wedding and when we arrive we told that the manager cancel our room earlier that. I’m glad we found an alternative to this. I will never book a room here.

The property was being remodeled but that wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com. There was no breakfast and the dining area was full of supplies for the remodel. Ice machines were not plugged in, so no ice. Vending machine worked but the drinks were hot. There was a small coffee pot in the room but no coffee and only one plastic cup. The floor we stayed on was the only floor that had been remodeled which means the only floor with guests. I wish we would have been given notice about the construction.

Place was horrible. Both bed lamps didn’t work. Rugs were totally worn. I could tell at some point door had been kicked in.

I expected eggs or pancakes but the blueberry muffins were great! We had them and coffee both mornings!

Absolutely nothing! It was so bad, I couldn’t even stay there! Didn’t even have a working TV.

Pretty much everything. Not only did I not get a room, after seeing the location, I’m glad I didn’t stay there.

The young man that checked me in the night I arrived was very pleasant and friendly. The lady that checked me out in the morning was also very friendly and helpful.

Reasonably priced. Bed extremely comfortable. Good coffee in lobby. Grateful we had a warm place to sleep and bathe. I'm not one to complain as I know there are so many with no warm beds or running water or heat...

TV did not work. No hot water for the shower (just a trickle). No instructions to operate wall thermostat (doesn't work on auto setting/have to move fan to ON setting). Holes in walls. No longer serving breakfast (thanks to Covid) but supposed to have pastries. No pastries. Only thing available was coffee. LaQuinta used to be one of the best motels in New Iberia. But it really needs an update/upgrade!
