I liked the location and the staff was nice.

The hallways all smelled like pee and the bed was uncomfortable.

Janet at the desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was a stressful long drive and she was very kind and helpful. Then in the am Sandra B literally saved an entire day of shooting a tv series by helping me print out my scripts for the crew. My printer I brought wouldn’t work abs she saved the DAY. I started crying I was so thankful. Then Pat was also extremely kind and helpful when yet another emergency happened. Trystan could take a few notes from the ladies. He can’t help it if his personality isn’t as awesome. I didn’t like his quick responses of no before I even finished my legit questions either. He needs to improve. It’s a huge change in tone and vibe also.

The breakfast is typical of what you get at these hotels so nothing major about it. It served its purpose for guests. The front desk clerk during check-in was very nice and personable.

I noticed that my room door didn't lock whenever I left the room. Thank God I didn't leave all my expense camera gear in the room when I discovered it the next morning. Also, when I tried to contact the front desk about the issue I noticed that the phone wasn't plugged up. It was like they set it up like a prop.
