The room and staff were fine.

I hate booking.com and companies simpering for approval. You provided a room. I paid you. If it was good, I will be back. If it was not good I won't. It was my mistake to use booking.com. I assure you that you will not increase my satisfaction by simpering.

One of the beds was comfortable the other was hard.

When I checked in no one informed me about no clean up for 3 night stay, I heard about it later but not from personnel, another lodger. 2 trash cans the size of large coffee mugs (practically) and never emptied, couldn't move shower head in walk in shower, no night light in bathroom for bedtime, coffee across the room from breakfast food, sausage were cold, only one waffle maker and folks were standing in line.

food was poor, hot tub was filled in years ago,pool was full of algae,dogs in the breakfast room.

The staff seemed very annoyed and bothered with us. The key wouldn't work to get in, I went back for another key.... The gal accused me of having the key to close to my phone. Went back to the room, again the new key wouldn't work... Went back to the front desk, a young man then came with some kind of contraption and realized it was the door. Then asked us why we didn't just ask for another room.. (how are we supposed to know what's wrong with the door) so he went and got a key to another room, gave it to me.... We went to the new room, opened the door and their was a family already in there. We apologized and went back to the front desk... The staff really seemed annoyed at us then. So he went with us to a new room and opened the door. He did apologize and said that he was going to give us a discount.... But I never saw it.

Even tho this hotel says it is pet friendly dithery didn’t ask if our dog was a service dog and charged a fee for having a dog, which is not disclosed on booking site. also went to breakfast 0830 am and found no breakfast with the front desk clerk stating, sorry they were running out so we closed breakfast, room fee was to include breakfast. Hotel is grimy looking and needs updates and maintenance. Outside doors with passkey not working. Outside areas filthy with broken glass everywhere and litter.

Tried to charge a large deposit just because my ID still has a local address.

The location of the hotel was nice. Not too far off the highway which made it easy to access.

The entire facility was dirty. There was dirt and trash in the hallways, the room smelled of body odor, there was foul smelling liquid in the trash can, hair in the bathtub and used toilet paper in the toilet. The staff were not particularly friendly in the evening when we checked in and there was a lot of trash in the parking lot.
