No happy face on receptionist ac wasn’t working asking for fix but no one show up

The room was filthy and had a bad odor.

We requested & reserved a downstairs room & got a confirmation number. When I called the hotel 2 days before to verify our reservations & a downstairs - 1st floor room - They were not able to do so because there were several VIP's that came in & all 1st floors had been reserved ..

The friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness off the facility.

The elevators were not working. The nice lady said they had been out for over a week and that the company that handles it wouldn’t be out there to fix them till the end of the month. That meant every with heavy luggage had to take the stairs to get to their room. We were on the second floor. I have a bad back so that was hard going up & down the stairs every time I needed to leave my room to go back down stairs for anything. Plus the first room we were in the tv didn’t work so we had to be moved to another room down the hall.🤨

commode bowl had a ring around the water level and water kept running. bath tub water would not turn completely off.

I have stayed here for over 16 years amd have always had exceptional service and quality rooms. The management goes all out to make your stay comfortable. He has always given me an upgrade or the best option available. I will continue to use LaQuinta
