Location was fine.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Processed packaged food heated in a microwave is unhealthy at best and probably cancer causing at worst. Other places I have stayed have had more fresh fruits, cooked waffles, cooked eggs, and etc.
The Hot tub/Spa was luke warm. Not very soothing. There were no towels for the Hot Tub.

Construction!

The staff was super friendly, the location was great, beds were extremely comfortable and it was a great value.
We were warned the place is under construction, so that didn't bother us.

Room had recently been remodeled, room and furniture were clean and in good shape. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The bathroom had nice fittings but was small. Parking was easy and getting around was excellent, city buses serving both the ski resort and the downtown area stopped right outside the hotel frequently. The ongoing construction was obvious but didn't create any noise during sleeping hours.
Due to construction, the main entry door was out of service and you had to use a side door. Snow/ice had not been removed from the area you had to walk across and this caused me to nearly slip and fall a couple of times. As stated in the hotel description, the breakfast offerings were minimal.

location, relative value for resort community
no elevator

Location was easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking.
Room not ready at check-in, trash bags in hallway. Noisy neighbors next door and above. Breakfast was very basic.

Friendly staff
Room was either too cold or too hot. Heater made noises many times woke me up in middle of the night As did slamming doors-multiple times!! Didn't sleep through one night. Baby crying people talking
Woken up by howling dog - then was concerned he was okay.

It was the only option left in town so we took it. It was the holiday season so the price was way over what the value was, but it was comparable to how other like options were priced this time of year in a mountain town. Description talked about "under construction" which made us nervous, but it was quiet and the freshly renovated rooms were immaculate. The 3 queen beds + queen pullout couch was a unique room option which we needed for our extended family. It was perfect!!! The breakfast was more than sufficient.

Just off of Highway 40 and only minutes from downtown.
Remodeling and construction taking place at the hotel

The room was clean, stylish and included amenities that mattered to us: microwave oven, mini-refrigerator, TV, comfortable bed, clean/crisp linens with comfortable pillows, too.
Personally, we would have preferred two comfortable chairs and a table beneath the window rather than a desk in the corner with a single chair. This would have enabled us to enjoy snacks, cocktails or a meal in the comfort of our room. The breakfast was okay but nothing memorable. The breakfast area offered barely enough room for hotel guests to sit and enjoy a quick breakfast. Perhaps the future construction will either include a lounge area OR the breakfast space will be repurposed into an inviting space to relax and/or mingle with other guests. Note to the maintenance supervisor: the upper lock inside the door did not operate correctly. The latch was missing the locking mechanism. Also, the bathtub overflow drain was incorrectly installed (water could rise to the very brim of the tub before it would prevent excess water from overflowing onto the floor). Although we managed to carry two suitcases and a couple boxes to and from our 2nd floor room, an elevator is always preferable for those of us over 60 years of age. Not a deal-breaker, but at some point it will be.
