Clean friendly staff and comfortable

Having trouble with the keys getting in the room

The pool water is not cold. It was enough warm to swim.

I liked the location.

The tv did not work. There was no hand soap in the room nor enough shampoo and conditioner.

Pleasant man on the desk . Friendly and polite . Comfortable bed . Plenty of towels

The lift was broken and we had to point out that my husband was disabled when I asked for a downstairs room as the lift wasn't working and the downstairs rooms were being saved for the disabled . I'm sorry but if the lift isn't working and someone has a lot of luggage then they have a downstairs room as requested . You don't save rooms for maybe guests . Although the gentleman on the desk immediately gave us a downstairs room on noting my husband's disability. Remember , not all disabilities are visible. The room had bits all over the floor. The drawers had bits in . Not the cleanest . The air con was so noisy . I don't understand how these hotels are getting away with noisy air con ! It makes for a terrible night's sleep

Extra charge for dogs which was not mentioned anywhere until check in. We had reservation and upon check in, person ahead with no reservation paid $139, we paid $165 plus $30 pet charge. Elevator was broken. Beds were so high that we had trouble getting in them.

I enjoyed the atmosphere that the staff provided. It made the customer feel more at ease and welcome.

Loved the pool. Hot tub jets could have been better and the breakfast was good just feel it could be a bigger space. Beds were so comfy and location was great!!

The breakfast was a disappointment. Compared to Fairfield and Holiday Inn Express, you need a lot of improvement. I'd give a 3 out of 10. The room was okay, but it needed more decor. I don't think I would stay again.

The work out room had equipment that was unusable and unsafe

seems they are doing some updates bathroom had NO towel bars - very inconvient as you had to leave wet hand towel doown by sink

This property was very nice! Our room was very clean & breakfast was great. The morning staff was very friendly. Will definitely stop again.

The reason we picked this property was for the pool & hot tub, hopefully when we come back the jets in the hot tub will work better.

The rooms were under construction, the first room we were given was not finished, so had to go back to the desk. But it was all great after that.

Did not know it was under construction. We walked in after a 10 hour drive from Kansas City. The lobby was a mess! Construction was in full swing with people everywhere. The breakfast area appeared as a construction area, however the next morning they did have it straightened up, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was not overly welcoming either. We wished that we had know the construction was taking place prior to our stay.

The beds were comfy.

The hotel is under construction. Very noisy. Sparce breakfast. Staff was doing the best they could under the circumstances. Had to pay for our service animal. Have never done that at a LaQuinta. Wouldn't have stayed if we hadn't pre paid.
