the bathroom was a mess. it looks like it was repainted and no one took the time to clean up. the first 2 days we had a noise in the room which ended up being something loose on the roof, it started raining the 3rd day and the window was leaking. we were moved to a new room the last night stay.

overall it was clean and tidy.

Firstly, the toilet was not properly cleaned and had some visible stains. Secondly, the air conditioning unit was very noisy and emitted an unpleasant odor. Lastly, one of the bedside lamps was not working.

It was the quietest place I've stayed in Lubbock and also one of the cleanest. Beds were amazing

Loved everything about it the breakfast was great the place was clean and very relaxing. I love the fact that you could access your room from different doorways so you didn’t have to walk far with your luggage.

The pool was out of service which was upsetting because that’s the reason I booked it. Other then that it was great !

The young girl that helped us check in was AMAZING. She was so kind, and helpful. And didn’t seem inconvenienced by any question or concern we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was a bandaid floating in the water. Just overall nasty. The whole room upon entering smelt like wet dog. The hot tub was so dirty, that it looked BLACK. We didn’t even attempt to get in the water.

I had some dried up dog poop under the chair from a previous guest before me, but wasn't enough to ruin my experience.

The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfasts were very good, and the staff was amazing.

The strobe lights on the smoke/fire alarm were facing the bed and were literally impossible to mute or turn off. I will always notice these whenever I am in a Hotel as I want to be alerted if there's a fire, but have never had a strobe light so bright that it keeps me awake. I solved the problem by placing a piece of clothing over it as I couldn't sleep with the lights flashing all night. Relocating these would likely be a huge expense, but perhaps a way to dim the lights by using an amber colored paint or covering would allow the lights to be seen but not be distracting one's sleep.

Location was nice. The king suite was a very nice size.

The room look like it was under construction recently. There were paint chippings all on the floor along the baseboards. There were multiple spots on the walls were the paint was scratched off and missing. The TV cable was very staticky. Last but not least we saw TWO ROACHES. One on the wall and one ALIVE IN THE FRIDGE. Very disappointing.
