The breakfast was quaint and good. We liked the size of the room, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very sizeable, and the water pressure was good.

We didn't like there was charge for a small pet and the room smelled like urine. We can understand that we were placed in a pet-friendly room but there should be maybe better cleaning of these rooms or hopefully people who have pets and do not take care of the rooms as they should are actually charged versus those of us who keep our pets kenneled. The room smelled like urine and very swampy.

Your photos showed walk in showers BUT YOU DIDN'T HAVE THEM! I reserved the room for a walk in shower. Otherwise the room was perfect!

It was located in an easy to find location and a relatively decent price.

The elevator was down, and the room was on located on the 3rd floor. The bed was a bit firmer than preferred.

Breakfast was almost all gone and what was left was cold.

Lady working check-in was incompetent, rude, and very slow. Check-in took forever and had to do it twice because my card was denied. Not due to the card, but the errors of the lady behind the counter. Breakfast consisted of 1 scoop of cold eggs (that’s all that was left)and cold sausage. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the room either.
