Great staff from the front desk to the person in the kitchen. Hot massaging shower with a bathtub that drains. Cool AC. Soft towels. Comfortable king size bed with very soft pillows and linen. Overall a great 2 night stay.

Cosmetic issues like dirty hallway carpets. Loud kids in the next room.

elevator did not work, the bathroom looked like they hadn’t finished painting it and there was a smell in the hallways.

The bed was VERY comfortable. The TV was awesome as well. Tracy at the front desk was wonderful!

The elevator was broke on Saturday night/Sunday morning. The noise level outside my room was very loud, really early. The smell of my room when I walked in was a little off putting.

The only redeeming factor was that it was cheap.

Everything. There were cobwebs in the room and the stairs/hallways were covered in garbage. The elevator didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible.

room didn’t cool of until after mid night. they charged 20 dollars for each dog per night. looked under couch. I don’t think they have vacuumed under couch in quite awhile Dirty!

Breakfast was good. Location was ideal for our needs. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Property needs a major refresh. Broken trim in the elevator, old stained carpet throughout, dirty floors, chipped paint in the room, fixtures missing pieces. Bed was a lumpy, time for replacement mattress.

The lady that register me the first night was very friendly the lady helping at the breakfast dinning was friendly as well

My room didn’t had clean towels, soap,shampoo or nothing I don’t know if I need to ask at the front desk but it was not stock at all others than that everything else was good

The property seemed like it was not clean. Terrible stains on carpets. The elevator was out of order for several hours.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, it felt like sitting on jello and the bath/toilet was very dirty. Spots on the blankets/cover sheet/duvet. Not enough breakfast by 7:30am no more waffles and one of the machine was down. The toaster never toast my bread, just warmth. Asked for fresh coffe and brought up a cold old coffe in the thermo pot; - must be from yesterday.

pool area was a dump, the breakfast area was not well kept and the food items constantly ran out.

Advertised a hot breakfast...all they put out on Monday was cereal and breakfast bars..said not enough people for hot breakfast..also no hair dryer in room. The place was clean..but we won't pick it again.
