There was no air-conditioning and there was a heat warning in effect… Also hurricane… Making the room temperatures at 85° or higher…

The view couldn't have been better. Location was good as well. Beds were fine.
Well it wasn't exactly clean. The beds were fine linens clean and nice but pillows were terrible. The bathroom shower curtain looked old and dirty, shower. it's self was dirty. The heater was rusty looking.Then to top it off we were charged for cleaning fees.
The biggest disappointment was the pool area it should have been condemned. Lounge chairs all ripped ,pool decking in need of repair it was so unacceptable and disappointing.. We will not go back.

they do bare minimum to make you feel welcome. THREE pages of rules with highlighters all over the pages telling you about all the ways they’ll charge you. beds are uncomfortable and cheap.
it’s an expensive place….be welcoming!

The city has no regulation about dogs on the beach; could not use the beach as it’s contaminated with dog fece.

I was disappointed that there were supplies missing—salt and pepper, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, White bedspreads that if stained or something, you pay for new ones. I have two young grandsons. I took them off the bed and put them away. That is not very welcoming.

Front desk check in lady was so nice and welcoming and the views were the best part.
The condo was clean to the eye but not clean clean as I would hoped.

Great location. The ocean view is priceless. Luxurious and very clean. Everything is high end.
Price is a little high. Time to change the mattresses.

On arrival no linens were available for fold out with no pen and paper it is hard to remember 3 phone numbers. We were told we would be charged 200 each for dirty comforters so we had to put away emediataly we had 4 kids with us.The floor was so dirty my 1 year Olds feet were black in 30 min. SO WE GOT TO CLEAN ..... NO WORRIES THERE'S A MOP AND BUCKET IN THE BAR . I could go on and on.Not good for famies.
Get rid of mold in shower ,clean , more towels. Warn that it's not family friendly. POOL IS FAR AWAY

Great view and location. It’s at the north end so quiet but you just walk a few minutes to be in the midst of everything. Our young adult children thought it was great
