Multiple used needles for heroin in the room. Girls clothes wadded up in the corner. Moldy food in the dresser. Tin foil with cocaine residue. LARGE pieces of mold growing under the bed. In 2 different rooms.

Cheap but not clean at all. stains on the floor, bed and lampshades. felt overall dingy

Was a nice size room. Bed was comfortable enjoyed having clean towels every day🤗glad able to bring our family pet. everything was working!

Well the noise from the road was sometimes too loud. That's pretty much it. Next time get room farther away from the road.

We had an unexpected detour on our route, and arrived at 1:30 am. Staff took care of us promptly and courteously.

There is nothing that I didn't like. It was a good value with helpful staff.

Breakfast was adequate, though the coffee was quite thin/weak....

The kitchen, with a stove/oven, microwave, full-size fridge, disposal, was great .... except there were no dishes, pots/pans, utensils of any kind, rendering the kitchen pretty darn useless.

other clientele were friendly

the receptionist was rude and un friendly: cold showers, swimming pool was empty; breakfast at 7 was not, we (and many others) left and ate elsewhere

we were forced into one room with one king sized bed for two fullsized men and a teenaged girl, and the staff was not helpful at all other than tell us that there were no rooms available in the whole town and the penalties for early cancellation, even though the room was booked several days in advance for a two night stay. there was no attempt to give us more suitable rooms, even for the second night, or even for a rollaway bed. We spent two uncomfortable nights that I believe could have been avoided

more cooperation from staff, and less attitude.

Never ate the breakfast , I've stayed here for 22 years straight , many different names on the sign and I keep coming back so that should tell you what you need to know
