The checking in part
The room smelt very bad from previous visitor prior to my stay. Could barely take the smell and sleep well. Smelt alot like vomit.

The first room was disgusting, human and dog hair every where, (bed sheets, sink, counter, floor, toilet), obviously dirty sheets were being reused. The toilet was not cleaned, and the other sink had coffee grinds in it. Dust and dirty, just nasty, towels should be rags, grey looking. Got a different room, smelled super strong of cleaner, way too strong smelling, fridge made horrible noise had to unplug same gross towels. The coffee in the lobby looked like the pot hasn't been washed .. I'm not sure how this place has an 8 for a rating. Would not recommend

the location to where i needed to go
I did not appreciate how around 9:45am that someone tried to come into the room and scaring my 4-year-old daughter while I was in the shower. And then again someone tried coming in at 10:40am, if checkout time is at 11am, then why is housekeeping trying to come in sooner, this is very unacceptable and unprofessional, and this is the reason why more and likely I will not be going to this establishment again.

Loved the privacy of the room and how quiet.
It would have been nice to have the living room like the pictures showed so you don't have to sit on the bed the whole time.
And the shower pressure is horrible very low. As well as the water temperature is so hot even on the cold side I burned my back.

The pool is fabulous but I have my own at home I come here to decompress from my corporate office. I have always bragged about this hotel as a unknown jewel.
Urine in the toilet, no TV connection. Difficult to find staff to help on 1st night. Misrepresent that had breakfast had not been canceled but when on 2nd morning again no TV connection. Staff extremely rude, and condensed when ask for help to figure out how to resolve tv problems. Then acted like I was stupid when I acted surprised by no coffee in the lobby. I would not have booked a stay if I had prior notice of the amenities were revoked. Besides the website listed as serving breakfast there is a billboard outside lobby door that states that as well. Shame on you and your staff. I have been a repeat customer and have always found my stay to be top notch. This time the ball was dropped!!!!
