Staff & comfortable suite! Great sleep! We’ll equipped kitchen, cozy gas fireplace!

Staff at front desk were so helpful but would find a way to get an invite in to the presentation! We were tired of saying no! We found a back door exit to avoid the invites!

Fun location for the beach

We feel there could have been better direction and identifying doors and room locations. Poorly signed for the main desk and no parking available for the room.

Birch Bay Washington. The weather was beautiful. I did have breakfast.

Great location and very fun place to stay with your family. Two pools and two hot tubs. great food within walking distance.

Location!

We loved our stay at WorldMark Birch Bay. It was very clean, updated, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and adequately equipped. I would stay here every time I visited the bay. The only negative would be no air conditioning but most of the year at the bay it is not needed. LOVED this place

Great location and good parking on-site

This property was advertised as having air conditioning. We noticed there was no air conditioning in our unit. Upon calling the office, they said that the whole building did not have air conditioning. We would not have stayed here if we had known that.

Loved the property, so clean and friendly.

The only issue was we had asked and been approved for early check in. When we got there our room wasn’t ready. It had been a long day of traveling with tired kids and had nowhere to go until our room was ready (fro t office said they would call us when it was ready, they forgot to call).

The location is beautiful.

Possibly air conditioning but it was not uncomfortable — windows & doors open at night with ocean breeze and it was wonderfully quiet at night.

Upon arrival Cassie at the front was absolutely lovely. She helped us, she welcomed us, she was productive, she didn’t rush my questions, she was informative, and she knew and did her job so well. Oh and she spoke with my children so politely! (Adults rarely talk to kids these days for some reason so when adults in the community do talk to kids I appreciate that! It’s actually a big deal and very important to their (kids) development. So thank you Cassie! Also the cleanliness was outstanding! Our space was so clean and perfectly tidy. Thank you Candy!

That we didn’t stay longer. My fault!

Everything but the metal shards was awesome and we will certainly book again asap.

There were metal shards on our porch and that was a bummer.

At short notice we needed a place to stay where we could do our own cooking, laundry, etc. This was perfect! Also we happen to notice that our room was very soundproof… There was a crying baby across the hall, but inside our room it was very quiet!

Clean and staff is super friendly,

The shower pressure was horrible.
