cool location on the little island. nearby restaurants are a nice feature. was bustling with activity.

room furnishings and decor is super dated.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the Columbia River and near the harbor. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and there are bicycles for guest use.

It is very dated, but they are in the process of remodeling. We stayed in an older room for a very low price. The free breakfast on the 4th floor was wonderful.

It’s a convenient location. The river is lovely.

The room is old and worn out. The shower plumbing squealed and didn’t drain well. The room set-up was weird.

Bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and parking was convenient

Having to take my young children through the pot filled lobby, not very family friendly. The area coming in was a bad part.of town, compared to the rest of kennewick. The breakfast was sub par, eggs were way over cooked and rubbery, selection- not great.

Our second stay here! enjoying the wonderful staff here and the awesome breakfast, hot tubs and bike trail right outside the door! …the historic location and vistas are very nice. Free bikes are also for use…! …loved the nice staff fixing omelets, bacon and sausage…and nice ambience for breakfast with a view; also, in the dining area…very friendly and service oriented! So rare to get a hot breakfast in America with a few healthy choices, so was well worth it.

Room 337 had a soft mattress and some stains on the chair; but, the staff and Jana was wonderful, moving us effortlessly to a better room. the breakfast was one of the best offered in this price range, great omelets with a view, but they should add no sugar yogurt. some bathrooms need tile maintenance, and could add a heavier bedspread?

Staff was great, services fine. All in all it barely met my requirement of a convenient and quiet place to spend a night.

Stains on furniture, crowded little room, loud heat/AC (had to turn it off to sleep), 1970's era motor inn quality design. Admittedly I am jaded on having just returned from southern Europe, where I booked a gorgeous 3-bedroom 1000sf modern sea view condo with rich furnishings, secured garage, huge heated pool, fantastic neighborhood, etc. etc. for the same nightly price. But can't completely blame that on this hotel.

Location and potential was great.

We asked ahead of time for a roll away bed and when we arrived there were none available. I put on reservation request and received email to pay $10 upon arrival - I also called to pay ahead of time and was told no problem - do when arrive. The only solution offered by front desk was to pay $300 for Captains suite. (or use blankets to sleep on floor). I would have contacted management or made executive decision to allow stay in Captains suite. No customer service. He would have management contact us today for discount or we call back.......hmmmm....
