A bit of confusion as I was charged at check in and not with booking.

Bed was comfortable. Location quieter than I thought it would be off a busy street. Staff were not mean. Reasonably clean. The check out staff was gracious when I told her all the problems with my stay.

Bathroom too small. No coffee/ sugar in room. Was told checking out that front desk was supposed to give them upon checking in but never did. TV remote didn't work easily. Fridge didn't work. Not knowing, I put food in there my last night. I had to throw it away in the morning. Outside the room there was rust falling from the balcony above. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went on and off 4 times, waking the whole hotel up, fire trucks arrived. We were told it was some neighborhood kids playing a prank. Not cool at all.

Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Check-in and -out were easy.

The facility was tired and in need of updating.

Clean room and bathroom. Big rooms.

The beds are not queen size as promised.

Knocking on the door. Smells of drugs comes out from other rooms

That I had to wait 45mins to a hour at 2:30 in the morning to get check in. I had called prior to going to let them know what time I would be arriving. I had to ring the bell numerous times, beat the window and more. After 45 mins to a hour a man comes out who looked like he just woke up came to help me. I feel like I should have gotten discounted or free night for that.

The room had a nice layout.

Cleanliness. The sheets were dingy, the pillows were awful, the floor was dirty, bathtub nasty, dust everywhere.

Clean. Updated. Free parking and free dog :)

You can hear everything from outside of the room. Bed was uncomfortable.

bathrooms are disgusting. I was bitten all over my body by bed bugs.
