Continental breakfast

Breakfast was great, Popcorn was good and the pool was fantastic. Perfect place to relax after a long trip.

I don’t like that the room we got was completely not a part of the building and we had to go to a whole other area. I also forgot and item there, and just after a few hours of leaving I called and they said that they didn’t have it, which they very, obviously did, lack of responsibility .

I had a room after a very, long exhausting drive. That's all I can say.

I'm a regular Best Western facilities traveler, but this was the worst I've ever been in. One chair was so stained and soiled I had to put a towel on it to sit. There was no soap in the sink and the soap in the shower had only one squirt left, then ran out...so no soap. The TV cut out on me at one point, then got stuck on a blank screen (maybe needed a new battery in the remote?) I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience, especially considering it's a Best Western and I paid $149 for a night. Also, the coffee was metallic-tasting.

We did not experience the breakfast as there had been an electrical issue with breakfast room. We were there for only one night as traveling between family event and stayed on return home. Staff checking in pleasant anly d efficient.

Staff checking could use a little customer service help. Seemed like a pain to give a receipt for booking. Maybe he needed a little more coffee though it wasn't very early in the morning.

The breakkfast bar was a big disappointment. I was there at 6:15 AM. The eggs and sausage gravy were cold. The other hot food items didn't look appetizing.

loved the room. The patio was fabulous, and loved the pet area was great. The coffee was the best!

Nice room and good dog friendly facilities. Excellent breakfast choices!

Easy access from I5 Freeway. Older Motel but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Bathrooms have grab bars in the tub but none to help get into or out of them. The furniture is very dated.

Breakfast below good, not quite average, very small seating area and choices of food.

Breakfast area could use some tlc

Good location. Quiet. Continental Breakfast was outstanding. Pleasant staff. Food close by.

Outdated interior. Dim lighting. Lack of modern charging ports e.g. USB, Micro USB.

Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. We stayed there for one night only but we got the well needed rest after a long drive. The inn is pretty big, hosts a lot of guests but it is nevertheless very quiet.

The breakfast was out of eggs, cramped seating very limited on choices, coffee was substandard. Otherwise good. 😒

No hot water in the entire facility!
