The breakfast was o.k. but not special. The grounds & amenities were over the top.

Beautiful grounds ,friendly staff, clean and was close to food and attractions.
Mattress was broken down, and it felt like I was sleeping downhill. The air unit was loud when kicked on.the

The location was private and felt secluded but, it was very close to anything we wanted to do. The breakfast was small but had plenty of variety and was sufficient and most importantly it was clean and the staff was very friendly!

The room was secluded and quiet. Bed was super comfortable
It was advertised as fancier and larger in the photos than what it was. Breakfast and cheese and wine were to be served. None of that was served.

From the moment of checking in to checking out, we were greeted by some of the friendliest staff. They were pleasant and helpful. The property is quaint and quiet, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the complimentary bottles of water and breakfast were appreciated.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

It's comfortable, great mattress, good pillows, very friendly & welcoming staff, delicious & special breakfast, interesting history, close to Wright's BBQ.
There's a lot of construction going on around & nearby, & the entire town of Fayetteville is being remodeled which will be impressive when done. It's not a problem, but it's changing big time.

Odd layout. Signage to find main office not good. We did 3 levels in the dark before found. Other guests had same problem. Need a checkin sign lighted at the driveway to enter.there are a number of entrances to diff levels. Overall...ok. May stay again, now have figured out.

Beautiful setting at an old mill, room was large and comfortable, breakfast space had a few extra comfortable chairs by the fireplace. Convenient location between Bentonville and Fayetteville.
Not a lot in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (except an amazing restaurant - Hail Fellow Well Met).

The charm & history of the old mill made for a unique lodging site. Location right off I-49 was convenient for our ventures in NW Ark for 2 days.
Mattress was very comfortable but the pillows were either extremely flat and soft OR very hard and thick. I prefer a medium thick, soft pillow.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and my husband and I agree that The Inn at the Mill was one of the best and most comfortable hotel rooms we’ve stayed. The bed was amazing with very comfortable pillows and linens. We will definitely stay here again.

The sound of water, birds, and the leaves blowing were very calming. The staff was always quite friendly and helpful as well - excellent client service! Cookies everyday - yum! It is an older hotel, but the backdrop and location, plus the staff and amenities make up for it all. I intend to stay again.
