The only good thing about this property is it’s location in the geographic area. It is close to a main freeway and has easy access to lots of nearby entertainment.

We booked this property for a four day stay over a weekend in June. We arrived late and got to our room around midnight. The room (#234) reeked of cigarette smoke despite the Inn’s no smoking policy. We couldn’t tell if the bed sheets had been cleaned because when I flipped the cover over to climb into bed, I found a massive clump of dark hair. The lock on our door was broken and the walls were extremely thin. You could hear people across the hall even with the TV on in our room. The shower was fine enough, but the bottles of shampoo/conditoner/body wash they had were empty. Well 2 out of 3 there, and I don’t remember which. But that means staff never checked them or replaced them when they were low. We checked out of the hotel after the first night because it was so horrible. Just had to eat the cancellation fee, but well worth it. After we left and got to our other hotel, we realized we forgot clothes in the closet for a wedding we were going to attend. Three dresses (backups, of course) and a dress shirt. I called to inquire about the forgotten clothes and this woman told me the room had already been cleaned and housekeeping didn’t note anything… this should scare you. It means they do a terrible job of cleaning and checking rooms and it confirmed for me that our sheets were probably not replaced, just made neatly for our arrival. The staff member then went and checked the room and sure enough the clothes were in there. I drove back to get them and she hands them to me on the Inn’s hangers. The type that have a straight skinny metal neck which hooks into an attached circular loop in the closet to prevent you from stealing the entire hanger. She had to have removed it from the loop and give me a ‘hanger’ which is literally the curved classic wooden portion with just a metal stick at the top, not a hook of any kind. And she thought that was mine! She almost gave away the hotel property to me in her oblivion. I happy took my clothes only and left in a...

the room are old and dated. our blinds had tears in the fabric as well as the window screens

Location

facilities were run down, felt dirty, and smelled like animal urine in the section where we were staying. We ended up staying the night in a cheaper and a lot cleaner and updated.

The girl at the front desk when I checked in around 7 pm was exceptional and very helpful. Easy and fast check in and out. Even ask to stay past checkout another 30 mins and had no issues. Very accommodating and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again....

The only thing and its not a big deal but my shoes squeeked on the floor when I walked around the room.

The eggs were not edible.

None of the gym equipment was operational.
