Eiswürfelmaschine, Toilette war sauber

Kühlschrank extrem laut.Zimmer Ausstattung teilweise sehr Abgewohnt und Alt. Wir haben keine großen Ansprüche würden hier aber nicht wieder Übernachten wollen

Schnelle Anbindungsmöglichkeit an Attraktionen von Crystal River (Manatees, Wanderungen). Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer, außerhalb Waschmaschinen und Trockner gegen Bezahlung. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor seinem Zimmer parken.

Die Dame in der Spätschicht war unglaublich unfreundlich! Ihre Sprache ist respektlos. Bei einer Gegenfrage knallt sie einem das Fenster vor dem Gesicht zu. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die anderen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben sich für das Fehlverhalten ihrer Kolleginnen entschuldigt. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Zu essen gibt es ein klebriges Zimtgebäck, das in Plastik verpackt ist. Das ist alles! Dazu Kaffee, der quasi transparent ist. Und ein sehr süßes, orangenähnliches Getränk. Absolut ungenießbar. Wir haben zwei Kakerlaken erledigt.

Hot water in shower didn’t work. Wi-Fi signal was weak.

Check-in process was easy and straightforward. Check-in lady was nice enough. It looked like an attempt was at least made to keep the room tidy - there was no visible dirt or filth or anything like that.

Had to check in thru the outside window - the lobby was closed and locked (the sun had just set - it wasn't even 6pm, so I thought that was kind of strange and un-welcoming). Room was quite tiny and you could tell the place had been "remodeled" a million times - several layers of paint on the walls, baseboards, etc. It was a tad humid in the room, but not terrible. Lighting was dim and it just felt cold and industrial. Stains on the sheets, but it did seem like they were at least washed. Overall, these kinds of places used to be a nice way to save money if you didn't need a really nice hotel room, but you might as well spend a few more bucks and stay at a Hampton or Holiday Inn.

Air conditioner did not work Staff was RUDE funny how the sign behind window talks about respect yet they do not respect the customers. Room stunk like cigarettes No parking by room

Bugs toilets barley flush shower and sink stained

The location was good.

Beds were hard. Staff was grouchy. Booked two beds but when I arrived they said I only booked one bed. Had to pay extra for two beds. Continental breakfast was advertised, but when it came to breakfast you could only have one small juice, one cup of coffee and one cold honey bun. The wifi never worked. The door was always a problem. Half the time it would not open. The lights were dim you barely see. Ice machine had cobwebs and spiders all over it. Towels were not picked up everyday. Sign that said every third day.

pool swarming with ants. AC barely worked and very loud, very hard to sleep.

The staff was great. Very helpful. Had a problem with the TV they fixed it immediately.

The mattress is completely worn out needs to be replaced. The room was filthy. The floors needed to be washed. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. Everything about the room was dirty. Had a musty motor to it like mildew or mold. The AC would not get very cold. little things that they need to fix.

Localization is good

The room was dirty, there was hairs on the lines and sheets (but they changed upon request). It was a bit noisy and the breakfast isn't good at all, only a machine coffee, a frozen bun and a cheap orange juice.

the only thing that we like about it was WAWA gas station close to the hotel.

smell like they used to smoke there. It was dirty and were hairs inside the bathroom shower. We are not going to stay there anymore, first and last time.

Room 122 . Mattress needs upgrade. We sunk to the middle.

Convenient location

I thought the breakfast included was a little misleading,they had coffee tea sunny delight and a package sweet roll
