Location was fine.

My room didn't get cleaned (and they didn't tell us that). My coffee machine in the room was missing the "basket". The lobby computer's printer was out of order and there was no way to print out my boarding pass. The gym didn't have any way to sanitize the equipment after another guest's use. Even before COVID this would have been gross. In this era, it's unacceptable

false advertising paid for two lofts with two doubles , that is not what I got . in fact , all I got was an open concept.

Easy access, in terms of traffic. The cute blonde behind the desk. Staff was super personable. The automated TV greeting was a nice touch. Bed was comfier than mine at home. The shower and blow dryer were excellent.

Entertainment system was poorly aged with trim pieces peeling off. I hesitate to say it was blood, but there was a decent stain on the sofa. Countertops could use a fresh caulking.

locked out of room for 3 hrs. the door scanner went bad. they didnt have another room to give me. if we were out of room we had to leave it open. to get back in.

Our room didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. The front staff only enforced the mask on some even when they didn’t wear a mask themselves. The front staff at check in was rude. People above our room jumped around all night.
