The staff were wonderful. Location was great. The room and the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was an added bonus! When we return to South Bend we will be staying here for sure!

friendly evening staff helped us check in. we had five kids and two adults for five rooms. The rooms were large and comfortable with a couch and microwave and fridge which made things easier. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. the kids loved the pool area even tho it was crowded that day

It was nice friendly staff.

They did an extra $150 hold without that being told on the web page. It was an inconvenience. Their parking lot was not sanded and was icy and my friend fell in the parking lot. Told the staff and No staff even offered her ice or anything.

The breakfast was over before we got to it.

I liked everything but them charing me a $150deposit for the stay that I'm still waiting for it to be refunded back to me which I'm not to thrilled about.

Room was big and clean. Staff was amazing. We were stuck in because of a blizzard and we were able to keep our room an additional night till the roads were clear.

Unfriendly staff. Sitting behind the desk not making an effort to get up, greet or help. They don't seem very happy to be working. This is the evening desk, and morning desk people (different). In the morning there seem to be "a friend" hanging out with the staff member on duty. The room was on heat set at 84, it was extremely stifling for hours before it cooled off. The couches need replaced, very old and worn. Wasn't comfortable using them.

Overall, great place. Spacious and clean.

The sofa bed (compared to the Comfort Inn in Twinsburg, OH) was not very comfortable. Very minor but we did use it at both locations.

Roomy and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the room had multiple outlets / charging areas along with plenty of soft lighting. Staff was very friendly

The water pressure / shower head was awful.
