Clean rooms and efficient check in/out. The breakfast was nice, probably better than most continental breakfasts. Make-your-own Belgian waffles, standard bread/bagels, eggs and bacon, oatmeal with tons of toppings, really weak coffee. The women working it were kind and friendly.

Small, scratchy towels, too few pillows in the room. Lots of banging and jumping from the floor above (though we didn’t hear rooms next to us, so I do think there’s decent soundproofing). Honestly, the price was the biggest issue. We came on a popular weekend and ended up paying about $500/night with fees, etc - and the room/hotel/location is worth about half that.

I booked and paid two rooms through Booking.com. When checking into the hotel I was told that according to their records only one room was reserved. I presented my receipt and confirmation from Booking.com to staff at check in. The hotel provided me with a second room and assured me that I would not be charged again. A review of my credit card statement when returning home indicated a charge by Booking.com for two rooms when I made the reservations and a charge for an additional room by the Fairfield Inn. I reached out to Booking.com and was told to contact the hotel. I contacted management several times via email and phone conversation who advised me on 6/8 that they had been in touch with Booking.com and that a refund of $340.69 would be made to my credit card within 5-7 days. It has been over two weeks and no refund has been made posted to my credit card. I emailed management at Fairfield Inn on 6/19 informing them that no refund has been made. To date I have received no follow up response. I am frustrated and disappointed with the difficulty I am having in resolving this issue by both Booking.com and Fairfield Inn.

Dirty towels from the pool were left in the room. The Chair was difficult to use. The fan was noisy. Temperature control was difficult. The work desk was in especially helpful.

Breakfast was good, but could be better. Every day to have the same menu is not a good idea.

Great hotel in a lovely town. Very large room, with comfortable bed and clean and smelling good bedding. Large shower and plenty of cosy towels. Provide soap, shampoo and everything you need. We stayed for one night on the way north. The receptionist was very nice, and recommended us a Crowe café when we were looking for. The hotel has a heated pool and jacuzzi that made our evening unforgettable. There is also a gym not big but perfectly adequate. The check-in and check-out process were quick and accommodating. Great value for the price.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was typical American, meaning carbohydrates and fats without any vegetable. I would add vegetables for those who want to keep them healthy.

the fridge was so noisy. the air con too. all night long. the staff at reception said that shouldn’t have been the case and was going to look into it which we hope will improve the stay for the next person in that room.

This hotel discriminates towards older female travelers and those with disabilities. We were indeed shocked by the way we were treated by the front desk manager Mr. Curley. He was impatient, unpleasant and quite rude. We were very disappointed with this hotel and the staff attitudes and behavior. We arrived with a certified service dog along with our paid hotel booking and confirmation . We had with us all required documentation about the need for a service dog. The hotel refused to read our medical verification letter and sent us to another hotel that was nearly 200. more expensive. We have NEVER had this sort of treatment at a Marriott chain hotel. Horrible, disappointing and ruined an otherwise nice holiday weekend.
