Amanda the receptionist was amazing and super friendly. I called multiple times leading up to my stay to make sure I could check in very early and every time she had the patience and kindness. I also felt very safe. Usually at INNs and hallways on the outside. I get uncomfortable ur noticing all the security cameras gave me a sense of safety.

Not the nicest place, but the door locked and the bed was comfortable.

The place is kinda a dump, and there are obvious deferred maintenance issues all over the place. For example, every shelf or hook in our room had been ripped out of the wall!

In-room coffee not very good, and with those stupid pods, you can't add extra to make iy stronger.

It was a good location for me and the clerk at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good too.

No elevators, bed was too soft. The room was missing a closet & towel rack. Had no place to hang my clothing or dry my towels.

Beautiful new renovation, very clean and staffs were helpful.

No barking dogs next to my room would have been perfect. The hotel is pet friendly. I love dog and an animal lover. However, it's ignoring when first night arrived enter hotel room hear 2 dogs nonstop barking next to my room.

I arrived Thursday and I had to wait 20-30 mins while they found more key cards. I was told that I may not be able to get a key bc they didn’t have anymore and couldn’t find the box. The guy at the front desk said he’d walk me to my room to let me in. They ended up finding keys and I went to my room. The rooms microwave was broken. Being that I would need the microwave to reheat my food. I was switched from a king size bed to a room with 2 full size beds that was not comfy for my partner and I. The bed was so flimsy. Every time we got out of the bed it would flip up. The toilet acted as if it wasn’t going to flush. The tub was not clean. I bleached it myself. And the property smelled of weed. Kids were running through the hallways and playing football outside my window. I ended up moving back to my original room due to the bed size and it being uncomfortable. I had to switch the microwaves myself.
