The new flooring in the room. The gentleman at the front desk was kind.

The hot tub & pool were closed for maintenance. Breakfast was terrible.

Their website pictures were not reflective of the actual property. They did not disclose that the property was under construction. Pool was closed, furniture stacked in public areas, sections closed, cold inside building and rooms; in general - VERY UNPLEASANT!

My friends room. Nice clean newly remodeled. Plush pillows and blankets.

Had requested a 2 Queen bed room, nope got a 1 Queen bed room with lousy flat pillows thin blankets, hair dryer didn't work, in the construction area. Will not be staying here again.

We never saw the place. I made the reservation on my phone while traveling through the Upper Peninsula. I inadvertently clicked on Iron Mountain instead of Ironwood, MI. Two seconds after I recognized my mistake. I immediately phoned to Iron Mountain to cancel. They were very kind. I tried to contact booking.com by telephone, email, etc. but could not reach them. I called Iron Mountain back and said I was worried that Booking.com would still charge me for a room I did not use. The manager and front desk assured me that they had immediately canceled it with booking.com, but I still it is still haunting me. We are elderly and can not afford to pay for two rooms for that night. I hope booking.com is listening to me and not charging me for a mistake.

Railing for bathrooms. Traveling with someone with mobilitly issues and railing in tub and by toilet would made it so she was able do things on her own.

The kids liked the pool. The room was clean, the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was ok.
