just booking and check in went easy

Room. bathroom door was broken not able to lock , missing light bulb, desk chair broken advertised as free breakfast ,they only offer a cup of coffe and a mini muffin

Breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins

Had to put shoulder into the door to open room had sticky floor not overly clean someone knocked at my door at 2:30 am not a place I would recommend

it was not very clean. they say it’s non smoking but our comforters had burn holes, the same for the curtains. bathroom ceiling was falling out. sink handle was broken, every-time you would use it it would just fall off. was offered free breakfast but there wasn’t any breakfast. i mean each morning we would go down (one of my kids favorite things to do in the morning at a hotel) and each time they maybe had one or two muffins, that was it. the only two vending machines were also broken. they have key cards to get in the building but the doors were broken so they just stayed open at all time. It should have been a clear sign when we first pulled in for check in and there was a detective and sheriff also walking at the same time.. we won’t be back. the staff, was semi friendly, if they even spoke with ya!

They wanted to place a 3 day hold in over $300 for a $50 room!!

rooms were run down, not well kept up, window was off it’s track and open, shower was not clean, and it advertised breakfast and there was not one and judging by there breakfast room there hasn’t been for a long time

The motel is so dirty and gross.

It was filthy dirty and disgusting. They tried to put me in two different rooms. Both were dirty and gross!

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at I would not recommend this place!!!and also having one of the front desk people knocking on your door too see when your leaving like its 9:00 am check out is not intel 11:00am.I have a long list of problems with this place like one sticking my finger on a door hole because they don’t have a door handle on one of the door

We found a hospital band of a former guest under the blanket and sheet in one of the beds. This lead us to believe the bedding had not been changed between guests. The toilet stopped flushing and looked like it was about to overflow the morning we checked out. The entire place stinks like skunk weed. This motel has gone down hill the last few years. I used to stay here every time I came in town for a Chiefs game but I’ll never stay here again.
