Convenient location
The entire room’s carpet was damp and you couldn’t walk in it without shoes on! The phone didn’t work as well as the TV. Management was supposed to get in touch with me to see about getting some reimbursement of the cost, but they didn’t. We had our reservation for several weeks and we arrived around 19:30 PM. They said they had no other rooms to give us and that we could give up our reservation if we wanted. By this time it was 11:00 PM and we were not in a position to try and find another hotel room. Extremely disappointed and will never stay there again.

The hostess at check in was lovely and sweet, called me by name and checked us in quickly. The room had a ceiling fan which I enjoyed. The full breakfast was good.
The elevator got stuck when it brought us to the second floor and never moved again. We had to drag our luggage down the stairs the next morning.

The fact I had to wait and extra 30 minutes because my room wasn’t ready at the time I was supposed to check in and then they ended up giving me another room that was different than the one I payed for.

There wasn’t any toilet paper in our bathroom at all, no shower curtain, carpet was fiflthy. Bed extremely comfortable!!’ Breakfast average like most hotels. Computer down as well

Have stayed here before on trips to FL. This was the first time where we were given a handicapped room (bathroom) that was not equipped with a shower curtain which made the floor extremely wet. I had no idea that was what we would be given. It was rather messy and uncomfortable to shower in. There was no mention of this on the website. Kinda disappointing.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Location was great
I asked for a handicap room and the one we got was like 20 rooms down the hall. There were no bars in the shower. The beds were so uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and I had backache the whole time I was there.

Breakfast was ok.
The floor in the shower consists of a loose plastic water pan that moves when you step on it. When wet, this becomes a real hazard. OK, the hotel appears to be quite old and is undergoing renovation but this hazard should be addressed immediately. Several rooms weren't ready upon check-in. Customers were standing around in the lobby waiting. The check-in staff didn't seem to know which rooms were ready and which rooms were still being cleaned.
