Greet location
Rooms not cleaned regularly, had to complain first day as the bathroom was full of hairs. Took them til the 4th day to get a turn down

waterfront location
The first room on the 3rd floor had an unusable balcony due to mosquito infestation in the alcoves either side of the balcony door entrance. also spotted 2 cock roaches scurrying across the floor from near the air conditioner shortly after unpacking in the room. I informed the front desk who kindly switched our room to one opposite but wasn’t really apologetic about it. Slept uneasily that night and the room also had an unusable balcony due to the mosquitos nesting in the alcoves. The bathroom also had no electric exhaust fan so the room would get excessively humid after one or two of us having a shower.

Our room by the elevator was very noisy. The pull out bed was dirty. We ended putting our eight year old in the bed with us. Not ideal sleeping arrangements especially considering the bed was worn out/uncomfortable to start with.

There needs to be a night light in hallway bto bathrooms. Light in bath is extremely bright to leave door open. Just a suggestion. And more than one umbrella at the pool.

I always love staying here because of the location and friendly staff. The room location had wonderful views as well!
The room had a few things left unmaintained. the shower had a “ledge” that was falling off the wall. the carpet was dirty in places. We even moved the ottoman near the couch and found a large dirt/dried mud pile.

The hotel was very nice and the location was great.
The outside pool was shut down. The breakfast in the morning was a bit aggravating. We had 5 stay in the hotel. 2 adults and 3 children. They wouldn't let us gage but 2 breakfasts with our room. If I stayed here again, I would not get the room with breakfast included. It is a bistro that is overpriced and my family could not all eat with our expensive room.

Fair, it was just a simple bagel with butter and orange juice.
The rooms were not serviced daily - beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned, towels not replaced at all during our three day stay in two rooms. There were none of the small bars of bath soap in the bathroom. We have never experienced anything like this.
I was unable to place a wake up call any of the three nights. Kept getting a busy signal each time.
The electricity was out in the bathroom and the front part of the entrance are in both rooms.
