Outside looked sketchy. No cars in parking lot. Evidently most guests arrive very late

Cleanliness of bathroom

Noise from other guests. Bathroom shower seemed to be missing a knob.

Room not clean and I’ll make the reservation well no smoking and they would give me a room with smoking

Location in relationship to relatives we ere visiting.

The place was in good shape but you can tell I needs some maintenance.

distance to my family. person at the desk was nice. no issues with check in or check out.

smelled like smoke and marijuana. needs to be updated. the ceiling was peeling. burn holes in the carpet. stains on the walls. group of construction workers sat outside drinking smoking and being loud until after 9pm each night.

The breakfast was ok it was either soggy or over dry

Beds where very stiff pool closed way to early for the kids

I found the staff all very helpful and pleasant 😊 ☺️

It was clean, the night receptionist was great, the pool area was clean, and the room was very nice

The gym area only had 3 equipments and the treadmill barely worked until my daughter fell off of it and bruised her leg
