Staff Hygiene Cleaning

Friendly staff, easy check-in, very quiet hotel, very clean room, comfortable large bed, tv worked great with general channels, the shower pressure and temperature was great, the room temperature was good, and the tub was a bonus! I appreciated the mini fridge, closet space, and desk! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, lots of options, clean seating area, and a tv to watch while you eat.

The hot tub was down due to covid? That's ridiculous because it's no longer a risk. Also the 6ft and mask been lifted to no longer need. The staff at front desk when I arrived barely speaking English. Had to wait at night to get someone that could help with the sink in room. Water wasn't going down properly like it was stopped up very slow leak

Check in staff was on speaker phone with her mother.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast had nice variety.

The mattress had seen better days.

The staff was great, the room was spacious and the shower was amazing! The hotel was in a good location and at a great price.

The room could've used some updates. It wasn't in the best condition. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, furniture, etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and could also be updated. There were SO many lights, which was nice, but it was still dark in the room with all of them on.

Free shuttle. The drivers were friendly and prompt. The staff were kind and courteous. The room was clean and quiet. Only wish the hot tub was open but that may be due to NY regulations since COVID. Would definitely recommend, especially for ease to and from the airport.

The room was not clean broken tiles and the room was no smoke but the room smelled like smoke.

I tried and tried to call you Sunday to report my problem. I booked my room by mistake for Sundaynight January 30 but was sold a night for the the 29th z thankfully. They cancelled it on their end and I tried to reach you by phone.It was automated and want a confirmation number which I gave and then they wanted a pin which was not on my email. I have been watching my bank statement and have not received a credit for the original night which was promised by that manager that I would get that refund. Hopefully to hear from you soon thank you
