The first thing was we were assigned the same room as the people checking in before us. We were on the elevator together and went to same room, 211. I went back to desk and got another room 209. At 3:33 a.m. people unlocked door and were at the foot of my bed, then left. I called front desk and could hear same people at front desk saying there were people in 209. Needless to say I did not go back to sleep, also because of singing cricket I could not find. I did kill 2. Reported issues as we checked out and expected some sort of compensation A free room would be nice as I return to doctor on Sept 13.

lots of noise between 3-4 AM from all the random people at the hotel. quite a few of them didn’t appear to be guests. the food was disgusting looking. anything that looked halfway decent was the fruit and stuff that came packaged.

The shower didn't get hot enough ,the television wouldn't let u turn on and operate properly ,pool area closed and its spring time.

Everything was very good

Always nice staff.

This is the only time the RR wasn't fully cleaned. (I've never had an unclean room - they are great caretakers at this location.)

We were upgraded to a suite which was really nice to do my work calls from.

Conveniently located off the highway. Next to IHOP for late night food. Management was on top of things and friendly.

Decent location, right off the highway, a little funky getting into the parking lot due to the one-way traffic on the frontage road and the southbound exit puts you past the hotel parking lot entrance… but nice staff, rooms were a little dated and did not have blackout curtains - working graveyard and trying to sleep during the day was not very pleasant unfortunately… but still decent overall

it would be helpful if there was a sign for other people who use the laundry room to set a timer or reminder on finishing washing and drying their clothes.
