Couch full of dog hair even though there’s a no pet policy. Room had a weird smell and shower plug wouldn’t stay up so it wouldn’t drain correctly and get full of water while showering

The guys working the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The bed was really comfortable! The breakfast was delicious! Showers had great pressure and hot water.

In the places that mattered most (such as the toilet, shower, bed linens), things were really clean but other areas needed some improvement. Definitely needed a good vacuuming. The shower head needed replaced, it didn't change our ability to have great water pressure, it just looked bad. However, for the price, these things were better than expected.

The fact that I have 2 service animals that were kept in there kennels the entire stay except to go outside. & the staff lied & said they found power hair all over the bed, couch every part of the room. So they kept my deposit

Beds were soft. Coffee was almost made all day.

Hot tub wasn't out of order because I'm not sure why. It was hot but jets never turned on. The laundry facilities were all out of order here. They did have sign posted but we're leaving now to go to laundry mat. Oh and our closet was dirty when we got here. Dirty towels thrown all over and some jacket and other clothes mixed in.

The receptionist was very nice and explained everything we needed to know!

This is a run down property with things like leaking showers, carpet pieces missing, and many marked wood items in and outside the room.

Comfortable bed, clean bedroom and bathroom, great breakfast, and very friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Nice to have coffee and cookies available all the time.
