The location wasn’t bad

I did not like that I could not cook in my room which is why I wanted a room with that ability. I don’t know if you charged more for that but if you did then I deserve a partial refund because basically I stayed in a regular type room. The stove, and fridge was there but no pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware. I am sorry you have a theft problem but if you are not going to guarantee these things when someone reserve that type of room then you need to tell them to bring their own. This should be on your website. Also maybe you should look into better security for this place. That might help in knowing who takes the stuff. This also should include the iron since I did not have one in my room and the front desk did not have one. You can have people sign these out and give them back when they leave and if they don’t then they will be charged for them. Just an idea. I had to spend more money than I planned because I could not cook. I also wanted a coffee maker but did not have that and yes I know you have free coffee in the morning I wanted to be able to have coffee when I wanted. I bought with me what I needed for that and just took it back home and spent money on coffee. This is why you did not get a 10 rating.

it was inexpensive and a convenient location to the next destination.

because it's an extended stay the entrance is treated like a front porch. The AC wall unit while it worked properly, you could see outside which means bugs can get in.

The fact that you can smoke

The bed was on the floor without a railing

Breakfast was a joke. There was None

The beds were disgusting. Dirty mattresses. One bed was not even made up. Looked like my 2 year old grandson made the bed.

This was a good location staff was friendly I loved my rooms they was clean and well put together I was very pleased with my stay I will stay again if needed

The only thing that could of been better is the carpet as you walk in should be shampoo more often being that is a lot of guess in and out

The receptionist was great, tried her hardest to accommodate us. Even understood why we wanted to cancel and get refunded. We appreciate her being so understanding.

The box springs were stained, the pillows looked old and worn out, we reserved for a double room, they gave it to someone else, 1 bathroom had no shower head and bugs, the other had spider webs and a rusted refrigerator, the lobby was dirty the hallway carpets were filthy. The pics on this website are deceiving. As we were leaving the property to look for another hotel, the guests were shouting for us to leave.

the location was good. the room itself was clean

the carpet in the hallway is filthy. the safety latch on the door is broken. there were no blankets for the beds. there was only one bath towel in the room for three people, we asked for more towels three times and never got them. the tv had no cable signal. there was a lot of trash in the parking lot.
