I really didn't like anything.

It was dirty, no promised breakfast, no towels, soap . . They had NO regular coffee, only decaf. I will NOT stay there again.

The service was the worst receptionist stayed on the phone the whole time I waited like 30 minutes just to get checked in she was just rude and nasty

I booked through Bookings.com 5/6; upon reviews of the hotel I were trusting that this was a reputable hotel but upon the arrival I was denounced. The room was in extremely unkept condition; there was stains on the head board that clearly means it was uncleaned. I am not sure if it was blood but there were red colored stains all over the bed linen. The floor was clearly not vacuumed, the bathroom tub was extremely filthy. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with the general manager she informed me there were no additional rooms to place me in but there were in fact other rooms available. I asked her if she would allow me cleaning supplies so I can attempt to clean myself she said under VA law she can’t. I contacted bookings twice via phone and they could not help me. I had to end up staying in this disgusting room nearly 600 miles away from home on a business trip. Quality Inn was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. I am asking for my money back in it’s entirety or I will be taking it a step further to corporate.

It was super dirty. Had a weird smell in the hallways. There was a club right next door, every night the cops were there.. Was not a comfortable please to stay at.
