Room was nasty

The bed was horrible and hard. The TV was so dark you couldn't watch it. You couldn't adjust the color on it

The beds were soft and the room was well kept

Comfort of room and the staff are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay short term or long term.

Coffee in room had very little flavor. Refrigerator was not turned on so the bottle water I brought took to long to get cold.

Location close to restaurants and walmart

No hot water for a night, half eaten cucumber in fridge, no towels only hand towels, water was yellow.

The staff were all super nice and very helpful.

They were renovating but the hotel was not dirty in those spots but our room was not the cleanest. There was dog food on the floor of our room and the sheets did not look like they were clean either. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious. Construction was not bothersome. Comfortable and quiet.

Booking.com falsely advertised what was included in the room. Such as: hot tub, washing machine. I wasn't expecting it, but it should be fixed. A bath towel smelled weird, front of toilet was clearly not cleaned and something was fried in the radiator/ A/C unit.
