I liked the location of the room i was given but that was about it

The staff had an attitude when i asked for housekeeping, the beds were extremely uncomfortable to the point that my body felt bruised, the parking lot was full every night i had to park alot further than necessary with two babies, our closet door fell off the hinges and almost hit my husband, overall i dont really recommend this hotel i would stay at Days Inn again before i stay here.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. Good, hot breakfast available in the morning.

Our kids were very bummed that there wasn't a pool!

The friendly helpful staff. Especially Sarah. Even though she was off duty waiting to go home, she went out if her way to sort out our key problem. Thank you Sarah.

The staff was SO nice, the room was great, beds & bathroom, and the breakfast was fantastic.

My only complaint, & no fault to anyone, was the walls were thin so we could hear the people in both rooms around us & above us. We just turned the tv on & when we turned it off, everything was quiet, and it was early (10).

The green chili sauce for the scrambled eggs was exceptional!

The curvey sidewalk from the parking area to the door had gaps between it and the curb--could be a real ankle breaker. The sidewalk was snow covered, but finally melted. And finally, the positioning of the pop-up sprinklers would cause me to hesitate to stay there in the summer for fear of getting my car finish ruined by over spray from the sprinklers. With the wind in Casper you can't be assured that the spray is going to go where the sprinkler aims it. Shouldn't water when cars are in the lot.

Easily accessible. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Beds were super comfy with great mattress and pillows , also nice linens. Room was warm when we entered. Breakfast was good, good selection and everything was ell stocked and hot and fresh even though we hit it just before it ended.

Nothing to complain about.

Heat controls in room not operating properly.
