Handy to I-80 but then we heard trucks all night.

Described as pet friendly but then charged extra. Just steps from an adult entertainment store, off-track betting facility, vape shop, and drive-in liquor store. Felt sketchy.

Breakfast was great! Lots of hot options and the sausage and waffles were very tasty! Also, front office staff was friendly and efficient! The bed was very comfortable.

The room was a little dated, but clean. The shelf that was in the shower had fallen clean off the walls and we found it on the floor of the tub.

the bed was filthy covered in hair and weird fuz when we got in there, the bath tub had weird stuff in it. possibly dirt. didn’t matter at first cause we had just drove 16 hours with an infant and a cat so we just wanted to sleep.

the staff was rude and not accommodating despite me staying active communicative with the front desk agents about our arrival time. they marked us as a no show despite the fact, charged us for that booking, charged us for another night at 3 am and made us leave at 12. I’ve worked at choice hotels before and typically it should have rolled over until the next night for check out.

Front desk lady gave us excellent info on outdoor walking trails in nearby Bear River Park

Treadmill in gym area was not functioning. Front desk lady was kind to try to get it going. She said maintenance staff would be there on Monday to fix it.

Very friendly for dogs and their owners

Great staff at check-in. Huge room. Very clean. Super comfortable bed. Lovely linen and comforter.

Not one thing I had an issue with.

This hotel refused to allow my service dog into the room we had reserved,which was a 3 bed room because it was not a pet friendly room. My service dog is for detecting seizures and is legally allowed to go anywhere I go. I even showed them her service dog paperwork and a copy of the disability act laws. They forced us to take a king bed room with a sofa bed and a rollaway bed which were not very comfortable. I called their corporate offices but that doesn’t change the fact that I was put in a different room that really didn’t meet my needs. Beware of this hotel if you have a service dog. corporate was not much help either. Wish I could have left and gone to a different hotel but since I reserved through booking.com it was non refundable.
