nothing at all!!

everything. I was charged twice a few that they said would be refunded and still hasn’t. I booked a 2 queen bed room and got one bed and a couch! where is that ok??

Not a lot we have stayed here about 20+ since opening this time was the worst ever will never come here ahain

There was no breakfast at all, was promised on website when booking but there was absolutely none provided. Was here in January and there was a breakfast but nothing this time, waste of money for us!

Check in was fast.

The room did not look anything at all like the website showed. Very very small for the price.

No towels for 2 days The web site says free breakfast BS there was nothing The wifi log in says $1 Never ever again

Staff was great. Great location. Room was big and I liked the attached kitchenette.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Shower head was so crusty and dirty I didn't even take one. The couch was so stained nasty that i couldn't sit it in. No continental breakfast.

Very nice staff. Nice big room.

Carpets very dirty in room and hallways. Eggs were cold even when she just brought them out fresh. Never any coffee in main area. Curtains didn't shut all the way to keep light out. Blood on the door frame going into the bathroom at the top. Gross!

room given was not what I booked. smelled staff was not friendly

it was clean and conveniently located. I liked that it has a refrigerator that held the contents of our cooler, a microwave and silverware.

the bedside phone didn’t work, nor did the lamp. while clean, the caulking in the bathroom is getting stained.

Beds were comfortable, rooms are a good size. For the most part staff was very pleasant.

Rooms could be much cleaner, phone in room had something spilt on it, looked like old soda, and had to be pried off its base, window sills were full of dead bugs, carpet needed to be vacuumed , towels in the pool area would be nice, community grill was disgusting, common areas were not vacuumed. When I checked out the female behind the desk was irritated that I interrupted her form her cell phone. I asked for a copy of my receipts and she huffed.

The room was perfect, and the kitchenette very useful.

Breakfast. No protein only sweet carbs, no fresh fruit and the yogurt was flavored and sweet.

Pricing great. My room was spacious and very clean. Laundry facilities had 3 washers and dryers so didn't have to wait. Jess, at the front desk, was so helpful and welcoming. First time staying at Mainstay Suites. Will be back!

Nice big room enjoyed the stay even though we did not get the room we booked.

Booked a double queen pet friendly room several days ahead. Arrived there later in the evening and they did not have the room we reserved instead they only had a 1 bed and a pull out non pet friendly handicap room but they did allow our dog to stay with us but it was not the room we booked Said that the reservations through booking.com always say handicap. Not sure who made the mix up?
