No restaurants in the hotel. Usually not a problem unless a major snow storm hits; which it did.

staff weren’t helpful. stains on mattress. room above us had a leak. we listened to dripping water most of the night. when we told staff, she just wrote it down on a piece of paper to follow up.

The room was spacious, with fridge and microwave and 2 benches for seating with a table and large dresser, separate closet with several hangars, good sized, clean, elegant bathroom with double-headed shower. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water in lobby 24/7, with refills on request, friendly staff, comfortable lounge areas with fireplaces, couches, tables and seating for separate conversations or games, computer and printer. Free parking. Excellent experience overall.

Not necessary, but would be nice to have option for added cot/rollaway bed upon request.

the bed was a little too soft this time and only one elevator worked. has not been the same since they closed the breakfast restaurant down during Covid.

Staff. Should have told Guest place near by for food. They just said no we don't we have breakfast. Also didn't have extra towels. Wasn't sure when they would get some. Should have took room number and called when they had some.

The room itself & the building looked amazing. Very classy.

The toilet was backed up & we couldn't use it. And the hotel didn't provide a breakfast. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have one.

I just want to thank the entire ParkView Hotel team for their excellent work. I was delighted. Everything was wonderful. I intend to return one day, maybe next year.

I would like to suggest that the access to the apartment be done with a code and not a card. Cards are easy to lose, create an extra cost for the hotel and for the environment.

The close proximity to my daughter's University. The hotel was very clean and staff was respectful.

My room was next to the elevator which makes a lot of noise.

beds were super comfortable. girl at front desk was very helpful with arrangements for taxis . the building has a great historical vibe to it

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a bit dated but didn't detract from our stay in any way.
