I had reserved a room on the first floor. It was lost or ignored. Refrigerator wes LOUD. No coffee!? Who rents a room with no coffee? I will drive 2 hours to avoid staying in this overpriced place again.

Daily housekeeping. Room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was available, coffee and juice.

Just was noisy because of work being done on the building.

They played Russian roulette with my reservation and I lost. I booked the reservation for a week and was visiting from out of town, once we arrived they claimed they were over booked. They attempted to offer a single room, but we got to the room and it smelled like dirty mop water and cigarettes. The front desk is not 24hrs so they were leaving within the hour of us arriving. This is the second time this has happened with overbooked rooms and the last time i will ever book with this company. They helped ruin my vacation.

the dirty sheets & the nasty piece of toilet tissue found in between the fitted and flat sheet(upon arrival), the dirty bathroom (upon arrival) the multiple roaches found crawling on the floor, walls & bathroom, the ant found crawling in my bed !

They offer mini kitchens

They take a deposit and can’t be bothered to give it back, and will not return messages or calls about it, the rooms are superficially clean, not worth the price I paid for one night

It was close to where I needed to go.

The room was tiny. Nothing like what it made me believe I was getting when I booked it & they made me put a deposit down on a room when I used my credit card to pay.
