Facility very tired and did not feel clean. Staff was terrible. Will never stay there again.

they booked 2 people in my room. I was eating and someone else was able to get in my room. luckily I was here so nothing was taken. I called the desk and they made me get all my stuff out and go back to the front. I am now afraid of someone coming in when I leave again or in the night. I will not stay here again. the room also has a very funny smell.

The pool is very roomy, and that's pretty much all we liked about it.

The bathroom was dirty and had black big spots in the tub, and when u walked to the bathroom, you hit ur foot on the floor groove. When you walked up the stairs, the hand railing was so loose when u touched it. The price of the 2 night stay wasn't worth 183.00. The circumstances of staying in this place isnt very pleasant. The breakfast was cold and wasn't very good. Not a good hotel to stay at. The ceilings were cracked, the flooring was falling apart, and the water lines for fire alarms weren't even connected like they were supposed to.. It's not worth 183.00 for staying at a place like this...

The breakfast is more than a continental breakfast they make omletes tailored to you.

The room was not fully clean, like sticky lamps and dirty tub. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable, no quilt was supplied it was just a thin blanket and two sheets. The floor was clearly not vacuumed as we kept stepping on sharp sandburs. The TV did not work and had to call maintenance to fix it. Lastly the amount of air freshener used was suffocating.

Amenities. No breakfast. Snow blowing into building under doors in the pool area. Too cold in lobby so cold the staff hat winter coats gloves and hats on…. Inside. Tv controller didn’t work. Dirty bathroom. Facility falling apart. Bar not open. Hot tub out of order.

The breakfast and the very nice young lady that was called in to show the manager how to operate the computer.

Arriving to an unattended check-in counter resulting in over an hour just to check in. All closed - the bar, restaurant, pool, lobby bathrooms, and hot tub. All non functional- phones, clocks, TV remote... Heat was inadequate and did not keep the room warm at night after the temperature fell for the night.
