The staff was very kind, the shower pressure was amazing and the pillows were great. It was overall clean with the normal stains on the carpet and a smell of smoke, I feel like that's inevitable in these hotels unfortunately. It was good for the value, very well lit, good location, lots of security cameras.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but the pillows were great. The bathroom was okay but could be re-caulked, ceiling tiles put into place, shower was handicapped and was a little dirty looking on the floor, otherwise it was updated, nice counters, shower wall etc, you obviously can't regulate the type of people who stay there and the walls are thin but it wasn't terribly loud. Good value for the price.

Rooms were old and smelly. Needs to be renovated. Also needs a better breakfast selection

The check out experience was much nicer than the check in. Breakfast was good, and we left on a good note.

Check in required me to stand out in the cold and pass items through a slotted window. It took a while and I got chilled. Not a friendly way to start a visit.

It was clean. Check in staff was nice.

Was woken up to someone coming in my room cutting off the door latch with bolt cutters thinking we left in the middle of the night. If the latch was closed, clearly not. He didn't even apologize

Front desk clerk was great during check in, breakfast and check out.

Hairs on shower walls. Bathroom fans had high pitch squealing. Electrical outlets at the headboards wouldn't hold plugs. Metal bedframe made noises too easily.

Metal bed frames made noise every time you move They charge me a deposit when I got their I was not aware of.No one cking rooms lots of dope smoking an people in middle of night.
