It looked nothing like the pictures. It was under construction , so the appearance was horrible and it looked like the manager and his family lived in the part time office.

The only thing that was nice was the price

I understand that it is under construction due to the hurricane, however there are roaches crawling all over, unfortunately I woke up to grab a drink and roaches literally scattered everywhere so had to take all my belongings to a local laundry mat so I wasn't bringing any unwelcomed guests at my house, second thing I wasn't to keen with was when I rented the room the guy at the desk told me that we weren't allowed any visitors after I informed him I was in town working with a friend down there and he would be picking me up for work each day(Englewood, Florida), there is black mold in the air conditioning unit in room 115, and finally the toilet doesn't want to flush no matter what you try to flush

Great spot, decent room for my son and I plus dog, friendly staff,alot of construction going on due to damage from IAN.the man at the desk in the office put us around the backside away from work being done,super thoughtful..This place in the past has had bad activity and it was run down..the management now is working very hard to fix what was broken ..I appreciate that..no complaints except the price could of been a bit lower considering the goings on and pool being unavailable..
