Front desk person was exceptionally helpful. It was late and I didn't feel well, she went above and beyond to make check in as hassle free as possible.

Parking needs more light. Especially in this area.

The staff was kind.

The property was not clean and needed improvements. The pool looked cloudy and there was a moldy tile in the ceiling. The hallways smelled bad and the carpet was old and needed replacing. The breakfast area was in the lobby/elevator area and didn’t feel sanitary. And the walls seemed thin. I didn’t sleep well because I could here the people around me all night.

the night staff was helpful when our toilet seat was broken and our shoes were sticking to the floor.

the room was really dirty and the toilet seat was falling off- when we requested the room be cleaned it wasn’t and there was an out of control party going on across from our room at 11 pm with really loud drunk people making really loud noise- we had to change rooms at 11 pm.

Description states remodeled rooms. Guess my room was forgotten. Key cards did not work. Entire system was down. Room and bathroom was dirty with stains on walls and ceiling. There was a clamp holding up the shower head.

Pool was finally open and they had breakfast again!

Inconveniente that their key machine was broken and we had to always have someone let us into our room.

The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage and seating options, good sized table/desk.

Towels, bathmat, etc. could have been plumper. Although chairs at table were comfortable, it would have been nice to have a height-adjustable chair to use table comfortably as a desk. An ottoman of some kind would be useful when sitting on sofa.
