Loved the staff. They were amazing. So friendly. Clean room. Amazing pool and hot tub open late. Cookies and breakfast were also amazing. Will definitely go back!

I liked the location but that’s it.
The curtains were stained, the headboard was damaged, the base boards were broken, the tub had eroded dirty grout, and we killed a roach. This was false advertising.

The bed was sinking, the bedding didn’t smell fresh, the bathtub looked outdated

Location, nice staff
Hard mattress, pool closed, old carpet, was required to pay $60 deposit in case anything broke; the room already had damage so I expect to get that deposit back

The location was close to where I needed to be.
The room was filthy (I'm assuming from the construction work that's taking place there). There was debris everywhere and dust, The floors needed mopping. Paint was chipping and falling off the walls onto the floors and the ceiling was shedding so it was on the floors also.

I was in town for my Aunt's funeral. I found this hotel last min and was excited for my stay
2. Immediately upon arriving I was told about the pet policy of $80 and deposit which I had no problem paying.
3. I asked if I could pay the pet fee on my card since it was non refundable and the deposit in cash since I was able to get a refund after checkout. (So I was told)
4. After my transaction I was given my key, the first problem was how unkept and clean my room was. The tub was dirty and the toilet was hard to flush in which I had to call the front desk twice.
5. Fast forward to checkout after handing in my key I was about to walk out when I realized I didn't receive my deposit. When I proceeded to ask for my money I was bounced around like a ball. Nobody wanted to assist or account for the money although I had my receipt.
6. When I asked to speak to the manager another young lady came from the back screaming she is the manager and doesn't have an account of the cash I had given because it wasn't logged in the book
7. Something is up at this hotel, any staff not logging money when it's your job has sticky fingers. No I don't believe she just forgot I believe it was very much intentional. They all are in on getting over on consumers and it shows
8. The manager claimed the young woman who checked me in wasn't on the premises but when I started telling her I would call corporate she said let me run upstairs to get her apparently she was asleep.
9. In front of me I asked her for all accounts of my money and she looked puzzled at first but quickly filled in I did give her cash but she's not sure why it's not logged.
10. Long story short no money was ever returned to me. I'm not one to give bad reviews but this place gave me a bad taste in my mouth. Although it was a sad occasion it became even more stressful and overwhelming to get on the road knowing I had been wronged.

My daughter (10) and I were verbally abused by the one and only Kitchen staff member after I informed her the coffee was out. She was "busy" because she was cooking her OWN breakfast and could not assist us. Despite taking the high road, and choosing not to say back to her what she deserved, she kept yelling at me and even walking towards me until the hotel desk clerk stopped her. The clerk continuously yelled at the Kitchen staff to "stop talking" and to go back to the kitchen, but the Kitchen staff continued to verbally abuse me. It was the most insane hotel situation I have ever had. I
Additionally, the room floor was disgusting. There was a wet spot outside of the bathroom that appeared to be urine. I threw a towel over it (it was late or we would have changed rooms) and just went to sleep. The phone was completely worn (frayed at both ends) so it did not work. It was also not plugged in to the wall.
There was also a small tear in the comforter, but that was not a big deal. Sheets/pillows appeared clean. There was an old chair in the corner that also appeared to be stained.
Oh, and the false fire alarm wake up call was fun!

Awesome convenience to GIHP, I would reserve again. Room was clean, asked for and was provided a second set of towels since they do not do housekeeping for a two night stay which is not a problem.

Carpet and was told pets are only allowed on 2nd floor but noticed there was some on 4th floor.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean. The rest was less than pleasant
The room was disgusting. Food all over the floor. We found a rib bone under the bed and an empty pringles can.

I liked the location
Upon arrival couldn't get in room. Had to switch rooms. New room. Had water in tub. TV didn't work and windows were wide opened. I was charged a hold fee even though I wasn't suppose to be.

I liked that this location is 3 minutes from shopping and eating.
The hotel is pretty old. Need upgrades. Vending machines are ancient. Elevator is a little sketchy and the hallway carpeting could use updating.

Breakfast didn’t get to eat the two days I was there and I paid for it they stop cooking early around 930 and they had more time to cook I think Tim 11:00 and we told the manager she ran outer food to early and refuse to cook more

The coffee was so strong the last week and this week that you can’t hardly stand to drink it. And I get them all coffee. I could imagine what the bowl taste like it probably at the drink it with a spoon. And your check-in process is become ridiculous. I stayed in room 411 and it had a bigger TV in it but you only got a half a screen. I was told to go to the higher channels. I went to all 1400 channels and it was the same on every one of them.
The TV could feel the picture screen. My cold water in the bathroom barely come out.
