The rooms were clean and bed we’re comfortable. Our granddaughter loved playing in the pool. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend staying here.

I think the mattresses need an update. One of the beds sagged down to the middle and end both mattresses were quite hard. But the bedding was very nice and clean.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff making sure everyone stayed quite. There was Hockey teams and dance teams staying and didn't hear them. Not like other hotels I've stayed at. Very friendly staff. The staff found a few expensive things I left behind and made an awesome effort to make sure I received them back.

The pillows are flat and not puffy pillows. Bed mattress nearing the end of its life. (Lumpy)

The breakfast was phenomenal, staff are very friendly and change out food frequently so that everyone gets a hot breakfast. It was so good that I left the kitchen staff a tip!!!

I unknowingly booked a handicapped room and although the room was acceptable in other ways, the shower was not acceptable, there was no tub to it and no edges to the tub which I expected there to be when bathing and after my shower I noticed there was water all over the floor, reaching to the toilet, this would not have happened if I had had a regular tub with a shower curtain, I didn't realize this was happening during the shower and I had to also adjust my shower for this particular shower situation. Also the bottom of the shower was a lot more slippery than a typical tub shower and I slipped when I stepped in, although I did not fall. Although it may seem like a small issue to someone else, it made it very uncomfortable to me and spending $132 I expected more, at least someone to alert me that I booked this room; I did not knowingly book a handicap room, I asked the front desk and she told me that I booked a handicapped room and I told her I did not mean to and she said, yes, this happens all the time, she thought that the system brings up the cheapest room which is the handicap room and presents it to the potential guest booking and we unknowingly choose it, she said that they had mentioned it to booking.com and that it has happened to other guests and continues to happen, so there should be a confirmation when checking in that this indeed is the room I booked and meant to get.

Jeremy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! Breakfast was beautiful, clean and tasty. Really, all the employees were so nice. Close proximity to LOTS of restaurants and shopping.
