Found 3 hard-boiled eggs in refrigerator which tells me that refrigerator was not cleaned. Curtains were ripped. Toilet bowl had a ring in it. Hairdryer had a dirty substance on it - I used the face cloth to hold it so I didn't touch the filth. The cushioned seat had a greasy substance on it.

It has a well lit parking lot. The room was nice and quiet. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. Location it perfect easy on/off I95

No protein for breakfast, carbs only. Coffee was weak. Side Stairwells still had construction lines on the walls.

Staff not friendly at all.

Second floor fitness room had no equipment!! 3rd floor hall floor dirty/stained. Hot breakfast was a pancake machine; otherwise two bananas and some citrus , unsanitary breakfast cereal hoppers; one choice of baked goods (mini-cupcake); no carton milk; no butter for pancake (non-dairy only) Was challenged by front desk clerk(a shift change had occurred) when entering from side entry closest to to room assigned by prior clerk. Had to produce key sleeve and show to desk agent to verify ID. Other reviewers have also commented poorly about lady at front desk. Attitude displayed is bad for business. Will not stay at Microtel in future

we accidentally booked this due to our GPS telling us it was on our way home and after a long day of driving we were tired. I realized it was backtracking us 45 minutes And when I called to ask if they would please cancel for that reason they said absolutely not. the man wouldn’t hear me out about how it was a mistake on the gps. he did not care he just wanted the $. I would never ever reccomend a place that would not accommodate someone that was given wrong directions by the gps, as an honest mistake I feel they should of been courteous and helped us out.

said it suited 6 people but the food out couch is a twin size so it was tight for us and we were a bit disappointed by that.

One of the most basic breakfasts I’ve ever seen coffee and juice cups were way to small and not much of a selection on food.
