Almost everyone there was exstremely nice. Security was wonderful. Front desk was very nice. Really there were only two things that bother me and those were the location (it was in a less than nice neighbor hood, and the man that answered the phone when I called from my room. other than that everything was great.

It seemed like it cost a lot for what we got. The place was very hard to get into and I requested a shower chair because I am disabled and I ended up changing rooms, and they didnt offer a 3 person handicap room, the man that answered the phone whne I called down was almost rude about it when I ask if we could have a shower chair brought up he said "Shower chairs are only for our handcap rooms. So it did no good to ask for one with reservations, I ended up going and buying my own. So that was no fun. And asking if I would stay there again I am not sure the price makes me feel like I could have gotten a better room closer to the event, for maybe just a little more.

It was ok.

We think there was a problem with our bill. It will be challenged with our Credit Card Company.

Friendly great service checking in and out. Breakfast was wonderful no need to go to Dennys which is a few feet away.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful.

The pool area and hot tub were very dirty

there was a party above our room that went on till after midnight, just a horriable experience and the staff did not impress in the way they handled it,
