NO BREAKFAST! - Advertised, paid for, but NO BREAKFAST

On first glance the room looked ok. However when I opened the fridge to deposit some food it was still full of the previous occupants food and there was a massive spill of some sticky grape juice all over the bottom of the fridge. Luckily I had brought some clorox wipes with me and promptly used them to remove the gunk from the bottom of the fridge. I opened the microwave and couldn't get over the stench of burnt coffee or the splatter of food and coffee in the microwave. Again handy clorox wipes helped a little but not enough the stench was ugly and it would not go away. I went to check out the bathroom and found supplies that had been used in the area of the shower - shower gel. I removed it and rinsed the tub out. The bathroom also had a nice hole in the wall below the tub and to the side of the toilet. The room was ok but not worth the $75 and the effort I had to put in to make it comfortable for my use.

Staff was friendly and beds comfortable. The rate was great until I extended my stay by 2 nights then the $90 a night really was high

The bathroom wasn't clean..around the toilet was disgusting and the tub wasn't cleaned properly as it was slippery. I had asked for just the bathroom to be cleaned and stated tub was slippery, the basics were done however tub still slippery and around toilet still had old urine

Check in was extremely un organized. The cleaning staff takes off for a long lunches off premises right before check-in time so room was not cleaned and ready taking an extra hour to hour and a half to get checked in past check in time. Some didn’t return and that includes the one they sent to do my room till well after check in time. Room wasn’t cleaned very well and definitely wasn’t sanitized for safety. Desk and table tops we’re not wiped off had sticky stuff all over them. No ice bucket in the room. Broken coffee maker. Bathroom counter wasn’t even wiped off from last people in there. Bathtub was a mess. No breakfast as advertised only a little Paper bag sandwich and they ran out of those before my wife and I had breakfast. No manager on premises. Definitely needs better management with the cleaning staff. Good things. Air conditioning works great. Bed was very comfortable. Check out was easy as it always is.

Good hotel and location convenient too, as I had to gas up and visit the mini marts nearby. Hotel is near freeway, but angled sideways so that road noise from trucks and cars is very low. Room was comfortable and I slept well.

Pool needed servicing, which was being done while I was there (closed due to green scum water).
