The service of the friendly and courteous staff. Any I asked for they assisted me with no.problem.
Getting or receiving what I wanted was done in a timely manner which was even better. Overall service above excellent I definitely would recommend this place to traveling parties.
I can't say I didn't like anything I was totally satisfied with service and the room was very clean and neatly set so no complaints from me.

That I had a pla e to sleep for 2 nights before my apartment was ready
They allow folks to smoke right outside the entrance so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke. The lobby and elevator smell like an astray.
No one was ever at the front desk.

Toilet handle broken. Had to pull top off and pull flapper chain to flush. Lobby walls look horrible. Could use a paint job. Main lobby not to convincing for wondering what rooms might look like

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy.
The shower curtain was old and dingy and had no liner so water got on the floor. Bathtub had a slippery basin and looked out dated.

Room was attractive and well kept. No kitchen items (dishes, pots, etc.) in room, but I think we could have asked for them at the front desk.
Bed was harder than my wife and I like but not terrible. Wish there had been a place to charge our electric car. There is a second Extended Stay motel across the street and I went to the wrong one once!
