Breakfast was good, with scrambles eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage and one day had biscuits and gravy. You made yours own toast.

Ice machine was empty

It was nice on the outside, the bed was soft, and they had a little crib for baby that was super convenient. Room was pretty clean.

The ceiling light fixture was leaking and the floor ended up being soaked. We weren’t offered a discount or anything only towels to clean it up ourselves. Maintenance never came to check it out or anything. We also needed our receipt fixed to reflect our trip being business as i had selected when booking, but it was not. When checking in, we found that the area was not a nice one. The other people staying there were very rude and inconsiderate of people sleeping. When the front desk lady asked them very politely to quiet down as they were intoxicated or on drugs or something, being unnecessarily loud and obnoxious, they responded by saying saying “i didn’t realize this was the library” and continued to be loud. It was almost 2 am….

It smelled like someone had a dog in there and smoked cigarettes.. The doors around the building didn't work with our room key. I had to have help going to the bathroom because the toilet was so short

We had chosen the hotel for one night because we could pick up the rental car here at the hotel. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was extremely good, rich - hot and cold dishes, fresh waffles, very good coffee, yogurt. We rarely had such a good hotel breakfast in USA.
